摘要

应用虚功率理论,对复合差动轮系和封闭式行星轮系进行功率流与传动效率分析。首先分别建立了不考虑齿轮啮合功率损耗和考虑齿轮啮合功率损耗时轮系功率流和虚功率流图,分析了功率和虚功率的流向。然后,建立方程求解齿轮副啮合功率损耗,得到了轮系传动效率表达式。最后,研究分析了齿轮设计制造参数对轮系传动效率的影响。结果表明,合理选择传动型式、齿数、速比和齿轮制造精度等级等参数,可有效提高轮系传动效率。该方法简便快速,能够为轮系初步设计提供帮助。

Abstract

Based on virtual power theory,the power flow and efficiency analysis of differential gear train and closed planetary gear train are accomplished. Firstly,the gear train power flow and virtual power flow diagrams are established with or without considering the gear meshing power loss,the flow of power and virtual power is analyzed. Then,the gear meshing power loss and gear train transmission efficiency are calculated,the expression of gear train transmission efficiency is obtained. Finally,the influence of related design and manufacturing parameters on the efficiency of the gear train is analyzed and discussed. The results show that reasonable transmission type,number of teeth,speed ratio and gear manufacturing grade can efficiently increase gear train transmission efficiency. The proposed method is simple and can be used for the design of gear train.
