摘要

分析了平面钢球传动机构用作增速器的可行性。通过建立啮合副动力学模型,分析了单个啮合副的自锁机理及其影响因素。研究表明,增速传动时每个啮合副都会在一定区域内发生自锁,但平面钢球传动具有多齿啮合、自锁啮合副相位不同等特点,通过齿廓修形等措施,可实现平面钢球机构增速传动。

Abstract

The feasibility of taking the plane steel ball transmission mechanism as a speed increaser is analyzed. Through building the dynamics model of a meshing pair of the presented transmission mechanism,the self- locking mechanism of a meshing pair is analyzed. The research results show that each meshing pair is unavoidably self- locking in a certain area. However,the plane steel ball transmission mechanism could be used to realize the speed increasing transmission by the tooth profile of meshing pair is modified since the transmission has multi- meshing pairs and every meshing pair is on different phase.
