摘要

销轴的磨损性能,是影响汽车发动机用正时链条耐磨性能的关键因素;销轴冷处理后,可基本消除残留奥氏体存在,且组织中碳化物明显细化,进一步增加了销轴的表面硬度,对提高零件耐磨性起了关键作用。

Abstract

The wear property of pin is the key influence factor on automobile engine timing chain wear,the pin after cold treatment can substantially eliminate residual austenite and the carbide is refined organization,the surface hardness of pin is further improved,it plays a key role for the wear resistance of the part.
