摘要

提出了销轴表面硬度及其表面粗糙度对齿形链耐磨性能的影响规律,阐述了销轴表面硬度及其表面粗糙度与齿形链耐磨性能的关系,试验结果表明,提高销轴表面硬度、降低销轴表面粗糙度可显著提高齿形链的耐磨性能,该措施对于齿形链耐磨性能的提高是十分有效的。

Abstract

The influence laws of pin surface hardness and roughness on the silent chain wear resistance is proposed,the relationship between the pin surface hardness,surface roughness and the silent chain wear resistance is expounded. The experiment results show that increasing the pin surface hardness,reducing the pin surface roughness,the silent chain wear resistance can be obviously improved,such measure is very efficient to the improvement of silent chain wear resistance.
