摘要

对滚子链中销轴零件的热处理工艺进行了研究和改善,采用复合二次化学热处理的方法有效提高了销轴表面的硬度和高硬层的厚度,并且避免了销轴和套筒表面的互溶性,有效减轻了链条零件的黏着磨损。通过热处理的改善,显著提高了链条的耐磨性。

Abstract

The roller chain pin shaft heat treatment process is studied and improved,by using the compound two times chemical heat treatment method,the hardness on the surface of the pin and the thickness of hard floors are improved,and the solubility of the pin shaft and sleeve on the surface is avoided. Through the improvement of heat treatment,the wearability of the chain is significantly improved.
