摘要

阐述了C2082H-RP免维护喂料机链应用的iglidur轴承自润滑衬套,并对iglidur轴承进行了工艺分析。通过分析表明,这种iglidur轴承自润滑衬套具备低噪声、无油干运行及长寿命免维护效果的特性,可达到烟草行业的喂料机链条卫生标准要求。

Abstract

The iglidur bearing self- lubricating bush which used in C2082H-RP maintenance-free feeder machine chain is described,and process analysis on iglidur bearing is carried out. The analysis shows,this kind of iglidur bearing self- lubricating bush has the properties of low noise,oil- free operation,long life span and maintenance- free,can meet the demand of hygiene standard for the feeder machine chain in tobacco industry.
