摘要

摆杆输送链及其驱动装置作为摆杆输送机的核心部件,其啮合驱动的可靠性及平稳性直接影响着设备的正常生产和产品的涂层质量。重点阐述了摆杆输送链的主要技术参数与设计要点,以及摆杆输送链及其驱动装置的结构特点,并采用多点自动注油润滑,避免在使用过程中由于润滑不良而导致系统的运行阻尼增大,使驱动装置的容量变得不足,从而出现链条爬行而影响涂装质量。

Abstract

The pendulum conveyor chain and its driving device are the core part of the pendulum conveyor,the reliability and the stability of the driving device directly affect the normal production and the coating quality of the product. The main technical parameters and the design key points of the pendulum conveyor chain and the structural characteristics of the pendulum conveyor chain and the driving device are described. The multipoint automatic lubricating is adopted to avoid increasing the running resistance of the system due to poor lubrication in the course of operation,leading to the drive device capacity becomes insufficient,thus appear chain crawling and influence on the quality of coating.
