摘要

以特定区域挖掘作业性能为优化目标,工作装置的运动性能和力学性能为约束条件建立了优化设计数学模型,采用模拟退火与惩罚函数混合算法对反铲液压挖掘机工作装置进行了参数综合优化,与传统算法优化对比可知该优化算法能有效结合两种算法的优点,避免陷入局部最优解,提高了求解精度。并通过MATLAB编程实现了工作装置的优化和仿真,仿真结果表明该优化方法修正了原设计的缺陷,改善了整机挖掘性能。

Abstract

In order to optimize the performance of excavator in the specific region,The mathematical model of optimization design is obtained constrained by operating performance and mechanical property of the working device. The parameter of working device in the anti shovel hydraulic excavator are integrated optimized by using the hybrid algorithm of simulated annealing and penalty function. The efficiency and accuracy of the solution is improved for the advantages of two algorithms are effectively combined and local optimal solution is avoided. The optimization and simulation of the working device are realized by using the Matlab programming,the defects of the original design are corrected and the performance of the whole machine is greatly improved.
