摘要

针对传统舞台手动安装折叠、不易折叠而造成场地浪费的问题,设计出一种新型全自动折叠舞台,达到一地多用的效果。阐述了其总体结构及工作原理,进一步详细设计了各部分机构的具体结构及原理,并对其进行静力学分析、运动学分析和动力学分析,给出设计依据。并根据该自动折叠舞台的结构及运动特点,给出了机电控制思路,保障舞台安全有序地运行。本折叠舞台设计既为新型折叠机构开辟新思路,同时也为新一代折叠舞台详细设计及优化创新提供依据。

Abstract

Aiming at the traditional stage is not easy to be moved or folded and some space is wasted,a new type of automatic folding stage is designed to make full use of the same space. The overall structure and the working principle of the stage are introduced,and the specific structure and principle of some mechanisms are described in detail,the statics analysis,kinematics analysis and dynamics analysis are carried out,the design basis is indicated. According to the structure and motion characteristic of the automatic folding stage,the control method of the mechanical and electrical is given to ensure the stage operation is safety and orderly. This design provide ideas for new folding mechanisms,as to as the optimization and innovation of the stage.
