摘要

提出用于汽车驱动桥中的直齿圆柱齿轮差速器设计方案,对其工作原理和工作特性进行具体分析;结合设计方案,利用三维软件Pro/E完成半轴齿轮、行星齿轮和行星架等元件的设计和装配,并将Pro/E三维装配模型导入ADAMS/View中,在虚拟环境下分别进行汽车直线行驶工况和转弯行驶工况下的运动仿真分析。分析结果表明,设计的圆柱齿轮差速器不仅可以实现汽车驱动桥差速器功能,并且具有结构简单,易于加工等特点。

Abstract

A new type of designing scheme of spur gear differential used in vehicle drive axle is put forward,its operating principle and characters are analyzed in detail. According to the design project,the design and assemble of axle shaft gear,planet gear,planet carrier and others are created in Pro / E,and imported into ADAMS / View. Then the kinematic simulation and analysis of its two different working conditions of straight driving and handling driving are carried out. The analysis results show that spur gear differential not only can achieve automobile driving axle differential function,but also have advantage of simple construction and easy machining.
