摘要

目前自动换刀装置（ATC）中多头弧面凸轮曲面复杂,精确建模难度比较大。以弧面凸轮几何学理论为基础,根据各动作段从动盘滚子与弧面凸轮的啮合情况,编写各动作段相应滚子扫过的轮廓曲面程序。利用Pro/E的曲线曲面功能建立相应滚子的轮廓曲面,将曲面合并,然后对理论轮廓曲面进行法向偏置,实现多头弧面凸轮的三维精确建模。最后,基于ADAMS建立了弧面凸轮机构虚拟样机,进行运动仿真分析,验证了模型的正确性。

Abstract

Currently,it is difficult to set up an accurate model for the multi- ridge globoid cam with complex curved surface in automatic tool changer（ ATC）. Taking the geometric theory in globoidal cam as basis,the contour surfaces program of each roller in different movement period are written according to the meshing situation between the driven plate roller and the globoidal cam. And then the curves are merged and the contour surfaces are obtained by using curve and surface function in Pro / E. The normal offsets of theoretical contour surfaces are conducted,and a new accurate cam solid model is obtained. At last,the virtual prototype of the globoidal cam mechanism is built by using ADAMS,through the motion simulation and analysis,the accuracy of the model is verified.
