摘要

研制一台RV精密减速器综合性能参数测量机,实现对RV减速器传动误差、回差、刚度和摩擦力矩等参数的测量。仪器主要由机械结构设计、测控系统和测量软件构成,通过一次装夹可以快速、准确地获得RV减速器的多项参数。机械结构设计主要包括基座、输入组件、输出组件和RV减速器安装支架组成。采用有限元分析软件Hypermesh 12.0对输出轴强度进行分析,验证回差测量时输出端最大转矩2 000 N·m条件下满足强度条件。

Abstract

A comprehensive parameter measuring machine for precise RV reducer is developed,which can measure the parameters of transmission error,backlash,stiffness and friction moment and so on. This machine mainly consists of mechanical structure design,measuring & control system and measuring software,which can acquire the parameters of RV reducer rapidly and accurately by a simply one-time clamping. The mechanical structure includes base,input & output components and mounting support. By using the FEA software Hypermesh 12. 0,the output shaft strength is analyzed,it is meeting the strength condition under the condition of output maximum torque of 2 000 N·m when measuring the backlash.
