摘要

利用三维建模软件建立了薄辐板结构的齿轮模型,导入有限元软件进行前处理。根据动力学方程及载荷分配求解单个轮齿上的载荷历程,并依据啮合时间进行加载,模拟了齿轮正常工作条件下的受力状态。计算了薄辐板结构齿轮的固有特性,绘制了行波共振图,采用模态叠加法计算了薄辐板齿轮在共振转速和工作转速下的稳态响应并绘制动应力曲线。该方法可以适用于任何齿轮任何转速条件下的稳态响应分析,为齿轮辐板应力校核以及结构优化提供了参考。

Abstract

The thin- spoke structure gear model is established by using 3D modeling software,and the finite element software is used for the pre- processing. The load history on single tooth is obtained according to the dynamics equation and load distribution,which is applied on the basis of meshing time. By this means,the force condition of gear under operation condition is simulated. The inherent characteristic of gear with thin-spoke is calculated,the graph of travelling waves is plotted. The steady responses and dynamic stress under operation condition and resonance speed is calculated through the method of modal superposition and the curve of dynamic stress is drawn. This method applies to analyze steady responses under different speed conditions of any kinds of gear. It provides reference for stress check and optimum structure.
