摘要

对某舰载/车载项目的转台进行结构设计,通过对转台设计要求的描述,详细介绍了转台的结构型式及特点。同时,结合转台的实际工作环境,对转台进行了随机振动、冲击两种工况的有限元仿真,通过对仿真结果的分析,表明该转台的结构设计满足使用要求。

Abstract

The structure design of the shipborne / vehicleborne project is carried out,through the describing of the turntable design requirements,the whole physical structure style and characteristics are introduced.Meanwhile,considering the practical working conditions of the turntable,the impact and random vibration are simulated by using the FEA method. Then,by comparing the simulation result with the material performance of the turntable,it shows that the turntable structure design meets the requirement.
