摘要

针对卷烟产品中存在卷烟机水松纸长短偏差问题和常规水松纸纠偏装置的不足,分析了水松纸传动偏差产生的原因,研究开发了卷烟机水松纸自动纠偏系统,保证了水松纸进给精确性,有效改善了卷制过程水松纸长短偏差的问题,显著提高了卷烟产品的质量。

Abstract

For the length deviation of cigarette products tipping paper and the shortage of direction correction device on cigarette- rolling machine,the causes of the offset of the tipping paper transmission is analyzed.The direction automatic offset correction system is researched and developed for tipping paper on cigarette- rolling machine,and the feeding system accuracy of tipping paper can be ensured,the length deviation of tipping paper during the cigarette- rolling process is improved,and the cigarette product quality is significantly improved.
