摘要

为了研究在不同载荷下滑块轴承Stribeck曲线的变化规律,建立了销盘式摩擦实验台,通过改变载荷、转速采集到油膜厚度和摩擦因数,运用MATLAB软件绘制摩擦因数与压力、转速和黏度的关系曲线,即Stribeck曲线。实验结果表明,摩擦因数随着转速的增加呈现先减小后增加的趋势;载荷越小,进入Stribeck曲线谷底越早,越容易达到流体润滑状态,通过改变轴承的载荷能够有效地改善轴承的润滑状态。

Abstract

In order to study the change law for Stribeck curve of the sliding bearings under different loads,the pin disc friction test rig is established,the thickness of oil film and friction coefficient are collected by changing the load and speed. The curve of friction coefficient and pressure,speed,viscosity,namely Stribeck curve are plotted by using the MATLAB. The experimental results show that,with the increase of the speed,the friction coefficient decreased at first and then increased. The smaller the load,the sooner enter into the bottom of Stribeck curve,the easier to achieve fluid lubrication,the bearing lubrication state can be improved effectively by changing the load of bearing.
