摘要

为了进一步减少混合动力车辆湿式多片离合器摩擦过热现象并延长其使用寿命,以混合动力车辆湿式多片离合器为研究对象,建立湿式离合器摩擦副接合工况下瞬态传热模型,将湿式离合器摩擦盘径向矩形油槽宽度设置为分析变量,得到矩形油槽宽度对摩擦盘瞬态温度场的影响。研究结果表明,随着摩擦盘径向矩形油槽宽度的增加,湿式离合器最高温度将呈现下降趋势,但在角度范围内摩擦盘温度与摩擦盘几何特征存在较大的关联性,呈现一定的周期特性;径向矩形油槽宽度对湿式离合器温度场的影响进行了定性研究,为后续通过优化设计方法得到最佳矩形油槽宽度指明了方向。

Abstract

In order to solve the problems of higher friction temperature and short clutch life of hybrid vehicle wet multi- plate clutch,a hybrid vehicle wet multi- plate clutch is regarded as research subjects,the transient heat transfer model of wet clutch is established in engagement condition,the wet clutch friction plate radial rectangle groove width is set to analysis variables,the influences of the radial rectangle groove width on friction plate transient temperature field are got. The results show that with the increase of friction plate radial rectangle oil groove width,the wet clutch highest temperature will show a downward trend,but the friction plate temperature and friction plate geometry features exist greater relevance in the angle range,and present the characteristics of a certain period. The influences of radial rectangular oil groove width on the temperature field of wet clutch are investigated,it provides a direction to get the best rectangle oil groove width by optimization design method.
