摘要

针对克林根贝格弧齿锥齿轮副中切齿干涉产生的接触区缺陷、大齿轮大端齿形断裂、锥齿轮轴输入端断裂、齿轮副互换性差等问题,分析了产生的原因,分别从接触区调整、减小啮合冲击、原材料、过程控制等方面提出了一些改进方法。通过适当的工艺调整,可以改善接触区质量、消除干涉、提高齿轮寿命和互换性。

Abstract

Aiming at the problem of contact region defects,broken in outer of passive gear and input bevel gear shaft,poor interchange ability and so on caused by cutting interference in the Klingelnberg spiral bevel gear pair,and the cause is analyzed.Some improvement methods are put forward from contact trail readjusting,reducing meshing impact,material,process controlling etc.Through the proper process adjustment,the quality of the contact region can be improved,the interference can be eliminated and the life of gear and interchangeability are improved.
