摘要

以载荷分流式两级行星加一级平行轴斜齿风电齿轮增速箱为研究对象,考虑外部载荷激励、时变啮合刚度的影响,详细推导并建立包含径向和扭转的系统动力学模型,分析计算系统低速级和中速级中行星轮与内齿圈和太阳轮的动态啮合力。应用龙格—库塔法求解,归纳分析得到各级中心构件径向振动速度和扭转振动角速度变化以及行星轮与内齿圈和太阳轮的动态啮合力时变特点。这为载荷分流式两级行星加一级平行轴斜齿风电齿轮增速箱动态优化设计提供了理论依据。

Abstract

The load sharing planetary gear speed-growth train for wind power generator is studied,which is composed of two stage planetary gear and one stage plane gear.The influence of external load excitation and time varying mesh stiffness is considered,and the system dynamics model including radial and torsion is deduced in detail.The dynamic mesh force between planet gear and sun gear and annular gear ring are analyzed.The radial velocity and torsional vibration angular velocity change on the central components of two stage planetary gear and the mesh force characteristics are obtained.This provides theoretical basis for the dynamic optimization design of the load sharing planetary gear speed-growth train.
