摘要

近年来,已几乎被淘汰的"极坐标法"又重新成功地用于在齿轮测量中心和成型齿轮磨床上测量渐开线齿廓。文中论述了借助用球规精确校准3D（或2.5D）测头的测针位置;用"测头扫描"技术控制测量运动;以测头预偏位来抵消测针球心偏置和专门的数据采集方式等技术手段,使测量的精度、效率和方便性得到新的提高的方法。

Abstract

Recently,the polar coordinate method is successfully used to measure involute profile on gear measuring center and gear form grinding machine again. The measuring accuracy,efficiency,and convenience can be guaranteed and improved with the help of using some technology means,such as the calibrating the 3D（ or 2. 5D） probe accurately by means of ball gauge,using probe scanning technology to control measuring movement,using probe pre- offset to compensate the probe ball center offset and the method of specialized data gathering etc.
