摘要

为了提高水稻插秧机的作业质量,提出了一种由圆弧和椭圆弧组成的齿轮节曲线行星系分插机构。根据建立的圆与椭圆齿轮节曲线和机构运动学模型,编写了辅助分析软件。通过软件分析得出该分插机构秧爪运动轨迹呈"杏仁形",减少了"推秧"、"漂秧"的现象,有利于秧苗的直立性,能够满足插秧的农艺要求。

Abstract

In order to improve the work quality of rice transplanter,a planetary gear transplanting mechanism which gear pitch curve composed of circle and ellipse arc is designed. According to the mechanism kinematics model,the assistant analysis software is written. By the software analysis,the transplanting mechanism seedling claw trajectory is obtained and the trajectory is almond shaped,it is to the benefit for seedlings orthostatic. The mechanism meet the planting requirement.
