摘要

同步带传动噪声形成机理复杂,特别是空气传播噪声。实验选取新型人字齿和同端面齿廓直齿同步带,直齿带轮分为加和不加法兰两种结构。通过实验得出了3组带传动噪声与初张力和转速之间关系。频谱分析,揭示3组同步带传动噪声差异是由于空气传播噪声引起的。实验数据分析表明,法兰引起的偶极子和四极子噪声源强化空气传播噪声和人字齿空气柱塞泵声压泄漏弱化了空气传播噪声,空气传播噪声与参数关系得到了量化。

Abstract

The synchronous belt transmission noise mechanism is complicated,especially the air borne noise. Taking the double helical synchronous belt and straight tooth synchronous belt with identical end tooth profile as research object,the straight tooth pulley includes the flange and non- flange structure. The relationship between transmission noise and initial tension and rotational speed are derived. The frequency spectrum analysis demonstrates that the noise differentiation arisen by air borne noise. The result shows that the air borne noise is strengthened with dipole and quadrupole noise source due to the flange,the air borne noise is weaken by the sound pressure leakage of air piston. The relationship of air borne noise and relative parameters is quantified.
