摘要

为了探究锥齿轮系结构对某关节机器人末端性能的影响,分析比较了直齿锥齿轮建模的几种方法,根据球面渐开线的生成原理,使用Pro/E软件由线到面再到实体的方式,实现了该关节机器人末端结构中直齿锥齿轮系建模的精确化与参数化,并在模型基础上使用ADAMS、Hyper Mesh和ABAQUS对其进行了系统的动力学仿真与锥齿轮部分的有限元受力分析。仿真结果与理论相符,验证了建模的精确性与仿真的可行性,为进一步研究该机器人关节及其它类似机构打下了基础。

Abstract

In order to investigate the influence of the straight bevel gear train on a robot joint,several methods of straight bevel gear modeling are compared in accuracy grade and operating convenience. And then the principle of the formation of spherical involute is chosen to build a straight bevel gear train geometry model accurately and parametrically with the use of Pro / E. Based on this model,its dynamics simulation and finite element analysis are carried out in ADAMS,Hyper Mesh and ABAQUS separately. The results show that the model is in conformity with theory and the accuracy of modeling and the feasibility of simulation are verified,a foundation for further study on the robot joint and other similar institutions is provided.
