摘要

以汽车前照灯调光电机为研究对象,基于机械动态仿真技术,对调光电机传动系统进行动态特性研究。在ADAMS软件中建立调光电机多级传动系统的动力学仿真模型,得到了各级传动摩擦因数对传动轴轴向输出力大小的影响。试验结果表明,仿真模型可以准确的预测出各级传动摩擦对传动轴轴向输出力的影响,验证了模型的可靠性,可为调光电机传动系统的设计与工艺优化提供了参考。

Abstract

Taking the automobile headlamp leveler transmission system as study object,based on the mechanical dynamic simulation technology,the dynamic characteristic of leveler transmission systems is studied.The dynamics simulation model of multistage transmission system of leveler is established in ADAMS. The influence of each transmission friction on shaft thrust force is obtained. The test result shows that simulation model can forecast the influence of each transmission friction on shaft output force,the reliability of the model is verified. It can provide as reference for the leveler design and process optimization.
