摘要

运用LS-DYNA对一对完整的齿轮和一对齿根有裂纹的齿轮进行准确的仿真分析,可以得到轮体上任意一个节点的加速度信号以及啮合力的变化。通过此项仿真计算来观察啮合力以及节点加速度曲线,借此来了解啮合冲击力对齿轮体的影响。研究表明,LS-DYNA能够准确的模拟齿根裂纹对齿轮传动的影响,并且得到的这些曲线都具有严格的周期性。这将为齿轮的故障诊断提供一种新思路、新方法。

Abstract

A pair of undamaged gears and a pair of gears with crack on the root of tooth are simulated and analyzed by using the LS- DYNA,and the change of the acceleration signals and meshing force of any node on the gear can be got. Through the simulation calculation,the meshing force and node acceleration curve can be observed to understand the influence of the meshing impact force on gear body. The study shows that,the influence of the tooth root crack on gear transmission can accurately be simulated by using the LS- DYNA,and all these curves have strict periodicity. A new kind of thought and method for gear fault diagnosis will be provided.
