摘要

变速器箱体是变速器中结构最复杂、所受激励最多的部件,由于动载荷的存在,箱体受到的破坏远大于其静载设计。建立了齿轮传动系统刚柔耦合多体动力学模型,求解了齿轮时变啮合刚度、阻尼、误差及驱动电机转矩波动激励下轴承座位置处动态力响应,以及随机路面谱激励下悬置点处动态力响应,在此基础上,利用模态叠加法对变速器箱体进行动态特性求解分析。结果表明,箱体总体设计较为保守,中间的板类零件变形较大、刚度较小,在设计初期需重点关注。

Abstract

The gearbox housing is the most complex structure in transmission,which suffered multi-source dynamic excitation. The damage of dynamic load is much greater than static load. The rigid- flexible coupling multi- body dynamics model of the gear transmission system is built,the dynamic force response of bearing seat and the dynamic force of the point of suspension under the random road excitation spectrum under the gear time- varying stiffness,damping,meshing error and the torque ripple of the ISG is solved. On this basis,the dynamic response analysis of housing is carried out by using a mode superposition method. The results show that,the overall design is more conservative relatively,but the middle of the plate- type parts have large deformation,smaller stiffness and need to focus on early in the design.
