摘要

介绍了一种采用曲柄连杆和齿轮齿条串联组合机构的输弹机结构和工作原理。并以输送122 mm口径弹丸为例,利用虚拟样机技术对输弹机的运动进行仿真。理论计算以及仿真分析表明,该机械式输弹机输弹稳定可靠,在强制输弹行程和强制输弹行程结束时弹丸获得相同速度前提下,与恒力输弹进行比较,得出该机械式输弹机具有输弹时间短、推弹加速稳定和输弹起始阶段对弹丸产生的瞬时冲击小等诸多优点。

Abstract

The structure and operational principle of the rammer device with crank- link mechanism and gear and rack is introduced. Its movement is simulated by using virtual prototype technology and taking the 122 mm shell transmission as example. The theoretic calculation and simulation analysis show that,the movement of the rammer device is reliable,and under the premise of the same enforcement ramming distance and the shot velocity at the end of enforcement ramming distance,compared with the ramming by constant force,the rammer device has the advantages of short feeding time,acceleration stable and small shock to the shot at the begin time of transport.
