摘要

针对多因素多约束非线性的系泊绞车齿轮传动机构,采用二级模糊综合评判进行优化设计。以系泊绞车的齿轮传动机构体积最小为设计目标函数,将设计变量约束和性能约束作为模糊优化的约束条件,利用Matlab优化工具箱对系泊绞车的齿轮传动机构进行模糊优化设计,结果表明,能够得到更加紧凑的结构,可以节省材料和减轻系泊绞车的质量。

Abstract

Aiming at the optimal design of gear transmission of mooring winch with non- linear and multi- constraint and multi- factors,two- stage fuzzy optimization is put forward. Taking the mooring winch gear transmission mechanism of minimum volume as the design objective function and the design variables and performance constraints as the constraint conditions of fuzzy optimization,the fuzzy optimization design of gear transmission mechanism of mooring winch is carried out by using the optimization toolbox of Matlab. The result of optimization design show that,the more compact structure can be got,the material is saved and the weight of mooring winch is reduced.
