摘要

将加工齿轮刀具的基准齿形设计为正弦曲线,利用齿廓法线法对齿轮的共轭齿廓进行求解,对齿轮共轭齿廓的啮合线、曲率及滑动率进行求解分析,通过有限元分析软件ANSYS进行齿根弯曲强度分析,并与渐开线齿轮比较。分析结果表明,啮合线的形状类似于八字曲线,其曲率与滑动率绝对值要比渐开线齿廓小,最大弯曲应力发生在齿根处,但比渐开线齿轮小很多。

Abstract

The benchmark tooth profile of gear cutter is designed to a sine curve. The gear conjugate profile is solved by tooth profile normal method. The meshing line,curvature and relative sliding ratio are analyzed,and then the bending strength is analyzed through the finite element analysis software ANSYS. The results show that the meshing line is similar to a splay,and the value of curvature and relative sliding ratio is small compared to the involute spur gear pair,and the maximum bending stress occurs in the dedendum which is smaller than the involute gear maximum bending stress.
