摘要

结合某型号包装机工艺要求,首先,通过概念设计提出了一种新型的基于齿轮—平行四边形机构的组合机构,通过机构组合解决了奇异点问题;其次,进行了结构设计,解决了动平衡问题;然后,对箱体进行了模态分析;最后,进行了振动测试。通过时域分析和频域分析表明,该新型结构在400 r/min工况下比原机构具有更小的振动,在500 r/min工况下,运动平稳、振动较小。

Abstract

Based on the process requirement of a certain type packet machine,firstly,a new composite-mechanism based on gear- parallelogram mechanism is proposed,and the problem of singular point of structure is solved by composite- mechanism. Secondly,the problem of dynamic balance is solved by the structure designed. Then,the modal analysis and vibration test are carried out. The result of the time domain analysis and frequency domain analysis show that the vibration of new structure is more smaller than primary mechanism under the working condition of the 400 r / min. Under the working condition of 500 r / min,it has smooth movement,small vibration.
