摘要

通过对高炉炉顶齿轮箱传动模型信号的拾取,采用小波技术和包络解调等方法,对信号进行分析,建立齿轮箱再线振动监测系统。同时,提出133 Hz特征频率对预控设备工作状态方面的重要作用。

Abstract

Through picking up the signal on the blast furnace top gearbox transmission model,using wavelet technology and the envelope demodulation method,the signal analysis is carried out,the gearbox online vibration monitoring system is established. At the same time,the important function of 133 Hz characteristic frequency to the precontrol of equipment working state is put forward.
