摘要

在Pro/E中采用参数化建模方法建立了直齿锥齿轮的三维模型,利用Pro/E与ABAQUS的数据接口,将模型导入有限元分析软件,对锥齿轮进行了模态分析,得到了锥齿轮的前6阶固有频率和振型,并与腹板式锥齿轮的计算结果进行对比。为锥齿轮的动态特性分析及减速器设计提供了理论依据。

Abstract

The three- dimensional bevel gear is established in Pro / E by using parameterization modeling method. Taking the advantage of Pro / E and ABAQUS dedicated interface,the bevel gear model is imported into ABAQUS and the model analysis is carried out by using ABAQUS. The first six natural frequency and vibration model shape are extracted and compared with web bevel gear. A theoretical basis for dynamic characteristic analysis and gear reducer design are provided.
