摘要

主要对齿轮强度设计在机械设计中容易忽视的问题进行探讨。研究了压应力对齿根弯曲应力的影响以及齿轮的失效、强度设计公式的历史沿革及现状,使设计人员在科研、生产或教学中了解我国目前有关齿轮强度设计的现状和来龙去脉。为从事齿轮设计研究或教学提供有益的参考材料,也有助于设计人员或学生加深对齿轮设计的理解及提高齿轮设计的水平。

Abstract

The gear strength is one of most important part in mechanical design. Several crisis problem will be mainly discussed which often confused and misunderstood about the calculation of the gear strength including the failure mode of gear,bending fatigue strength design,contact fatigue strength design,etc. The development of gear strength design in history and the current situation of it are also referred. This can be referenced for gear and other mechanical design or teaching,beside,it can also help the designer or student to get a deeper comprehensive and a better improvement on gear design and its background.
