摘要

针对传统自行车存在驱动效率低,传动比难以有效提高的问题,通过对自行车驱动和传动结构进行分析,提出采用往复踏板增力的驱动方式代替传统驱动,采用将行星轮系内置于后轮的增速方式,保证了自行车具有小尺寸轮径的情况下达到较高的行驶速度。经ADAMS仿真分析验证,结构装置合理可行,为自行车的小尺寸折叠设计提供了新的视角。

Abstract

Aiming at the problem of the low driving efficiency of bicycle and difficulty to improve transmission ratio,the method of using reciprocating pedal drive method instead of traditional drive is proposed based on the analysis of the driving device and transmission structure of the traditional bicycle,by using planetary gear train placed inside the wheel for speeding up,the bicycle wheel reach high speeds with small size diameter is ensured.This structure device is reasonable and proved by simulated analysis of ADAMS software,and it is new view for small size folding design of bicycle.
