摘要

某城市用公交车在正常行驶过程中驱动桥振动异常,分析可能由于驱动桥共振所致。通过模态试验和有限元分析相结合的方法,获取了该驱动桥的固有模态特性,并将其与可能引起驱动桥共振的激励频率对比,发现在常用发动机转速及变速器挡位下,主减速齿轮啮合频率与驱动桥低阶固有频率耦合。因而应用有限元方法,以提高驱动桥的低阶频率为目标,驱动桥结构强度和质量为约束条件,对其进行优化设计。优化后的驱动桥动态特性得到改善,有效地避开了主减速齿轮的啮合频率。

Abstract

The vibration of an urban bus is abnormal during the process of driving,the reason may be that the drive axle is the resonance of drive axle.Through the method of modal test and finite element analysis,the intrinsic mode characteristic of drive axle are obtained,and comparing with the excitation frequency that may caused the drive axle resonance,found that the main reduction gear meshing frequency and the drive axle low order natural frequency are coupling when the engine and transmission in common use.By using finite element method,taking improving the low natural frequency of drive axle as the target,the mass and strength as the constraints condition,the optimization design is conducted.The result is that the improvement of drive axle dynamic characteristic is obviously,the meshing frequency of main reduction gear is effectively avoided.
