摘要

往复力矩转化为单向力矩的齿轮力转化机构是齿轮传动往返活塞动力机的关键技术。用CAXA电子图板（企业版）进行动力模型的模拟、处理和运动学仿真分析,对啮出轮齿的齿顶修形或附加啮入轮齿的齿顶修形,可创造防咬距离、防止轮齿冲撞、确定活塞行程,完全满足齿轮力转化机构的强度和重合度要求,在技术上支持往返活塞内燃机的实施。

Abstract

The gear mechanism for transforming bidirectional torque into unidirectional torque is the key technology of the gear transmission round-trip piston power machine.By using CAXA（Enterprise Edition）,the simulation,processing and kinematics simulation analysis of the dynamic model are carried out.Through the addendum modification of the engaging-out gear tooth or adding the addendum modification of engaging-in gear tooth,can create a gap does not interfere with the rotation of the gear,prevent gear tooth collision and determine the piston stroke.It is fully meet the requirements of strength and contact ratio of the gear force transforming mechanism.It supports the implementation of the reciprocating piston internal combustion engine on the technically.
