摘要

介绍了磁流变液传动装置的工作原理,基于磁流变液Bingham模型设计了多盘式磁流变液传动装置的机械结构和散热系统,并利用有限元分析软件Ansoft Maxwell进行了磁路设计和磁场仿真,得到了不同励磁电流下磁场的分布云图,为磁流变液传动装置的优化设计提供了参考和依据。

Abstract

The working principle of magneto-rheological fluids transmission device（MRFTD） is introduced,and the mechanical structure and heat radiation system are designed based on the magneto-rheological Bingham model.The magnetic circuit design and magnetic field simulation are carried out based on finite element analysis software Ansoft Maxwell,thus,the distributions cloud picture of magnetic field under different excitation currents are obtained.The research results that the references and basis for the optimal design of MRFTD are provided.
