摘要

提出一种新型的电机驱动轮式牵引装置,对牵引装置的结构及原理进行了阐述;建立了牵引装置的驱动机构结构受力及参数计算模型,求解目标参数接触力系数的解析函数。通过对参数及越障的分析得出牵引装置各参数之间的变化关系,并结合计算实例验证驱动机构结构设计及参数分析的合理性,能满足牵引装置结构特性的前提下,提高牵引装置的牵引能力和井下越障适应性。牵引装置的齿轮传动机构啮合性好,传动稳定,能实现自扶正双向驱动,以提高牵引装置在井下爬行的稳定性、承载能力,增强牵引装置在井下作业的柔性弯曲适应能力。为油气井井下牵引装置的设计和发展提供新的思路。

Abstract

A new type of motor drive wheel traction device is proposed,the structure and principle of the traction device is elaborated.The parameter calculation model is established to calculate the relevant parameters and analyze the obstacle-surmounting ability of traction device.The changes relationship of each parameter is verified and calculated.The traction device is desirable in stability and meshing of actuator and flexible in control of the tractor.The stability,carrying capacity and wellbore adaptability of the tractor in down-hole driver are improved.In addition,it can be enhance the flexible bending adaptability and over-obstacle capacity of tractor in down-hole operation.It can be provides a new idea for designing and development of down-hole traction device in the oil and gas well areas.
