摘要

结合多体系统理论和齿轮啮合原理,根据六轴五联动数控机床结构和实际磨削情况,建立了六轴五联动含误差的面齿轮磨削齿面方程。通过仿真分析砂轮主轴运动副对加工面齿轮齿面误差的敏感方向,结果表明,当进给轴B5相对于床身B1运动时对面齿轮的齿面加工影响较大,这为数控磨削面齿轮提高加工精度和齿面误差修正提供了理论预断依据。

Abstract

Based on the theory of multi-body system and the principle of gear meshing,according to six-axis five linkage gear CNC machine structure and the actual conditions of grinding,the grinding tooth surface equation of face gear with error of six-axis five linkage CNC machine is established.Through the simulation,the influence of the grinding wheel spindle kinematic pair on different error sensitive direction is analyzed,the results show that the feed axis B5 relative to machine tool bed B1 moving has larger effect on the tooth profile machining of face gear.A prejudge theory for CNC grinding to improve the machining precision and modified tooth surface error is provided.
