摘要

目前国内蜗轮滚刀的设计原则和方法与先进工业国相比尚不完善。没有明确、完整的蜗轮滚刀设计公式和滚刀刃磨后的滚切加工参数公式。首先介绍了蜗轮滚刀设计的基本原则,引入了美国蜗轮滚刀增量的设计公式以及滚刀刃磨后加工参数的调整,并用计算机仿真技术分析了实际蜗轮齿面与理论齿面的误差分布,为国内蜗轮滚刀设计和蜗轮滚切加工提供了先进技术。

Abstract

In comparison to the industrial countries,our design principle and approach of wormgear hobs are not completed.There are no clear and accurate equations of worm-gear hob design,so do equations of machine settings of hob after re-sharpening.The basic principles of worm-gear hob design is presented,equations of hob size increase and machine settings of hob after re-sharpening based on the equations used in America gear industry are introduced,and finally,the error distribution between theoretical and hobbed tooth surfaces of worm-gears are analyzed.All provide the advanced technology of worm-gear hob design and manufacturing worm-gears for our gear industry.
