摘要

为了解决现有重型工程车辆制动系统设计与仿真分析软件可移植性与交互操作性等方面缺陷的问题,采用Browser/Server和Client/Server混合结构,将JSP.Servlet技术与结构设计、有限元及数值计算系统的二次开发技术相结合,构建了重型工程车辆制动系统,该系统具有整车性能匹配、湿式制动器结构参数优化、湿式制动器性能分析和湿式制动器等温设计模块。研究表明,所建立基于WEB技术的重型工程车辆制动系统设计方法及实现途径具有一定可行性,能够达到简化制动系统设计成本,提高设计效率的目的。

Abstract

In order to solve the problems of the design and simulation analysis software portability and interoperability deficiencies of existing heavy engineering vehicle brake system,by using the Browser/Server and Client/Server hybrid structure,combined the JSP.Servlet technology and structural design,secondary development technology of finite element and numerical computing system,the heavy engineering vehicle braking system is built,the system has the modules of matching vehicle performance,wet brake structure parameter optimization,wet brake performance analysis and wet brakes isothermal design.The results show that heavy engineering vehicle brake system design methodology based on WEB technology has certainly feasibility,the method can simplify the braking system design costs,improve the design efficiency.
