摘要

从公铁两用车电动轮的优化设计角度出发,根据行星齿轮减速器的工作状况及载荷条件,以NGW行星齿轮传动的体积、重合度、效率作为目标函数,根据可靠性理论进行减速器的优化设计。把齿轮疲劳强度的可靠度要求结合在优化问题的约束内,得出机械零部件参数的最优解,体积最小,质量最轻,传动效率仍保持优化前的水平。通过优化设计,使得行星齿轮减速器可以满足公铁两用车电动轮模块的特殊要求,为公铁两用车的设计研究提供参考依据。

Abstract

From the perspective of the optimization design of rail-roader electric wheel,according to the working condition and load conditions of planetary gear,taking the volume,contact ratio,efficiency of NGW planetary gear transmission as the target function,optimization design of gear reducer is carried out based on the theory of reliability.The reliability of gear fatigue strength is combined within the constraint of optimization problem,the optimization parameters such as the minimum volume and quality of the machinery parts and components are obtained,the transmission efficiency remain before optimization level.By the optimization design of planetary gear reducer,the special requirements of rail-roader electric wheel are fulfilled.The reference forthe design of rail-roader provided.
