摘要

忽略运动副中的间隙和摩擦对烫金机施压机构进行刚体动力学分析,建立了数学模型,利用Matlab编制了机构的动力学程序并计算,绘出了主要构件受力仿真曲线图,比较了空载和有负载两种工况下仿真曲线,并对施压机构进行了受力分析。

Abstract

Neglecting the clearance and friction in the kinematic pair,the rigid body dynamics analysis of bronzing machine pressure mechanism is carried out,the mathematical model is established.By using the Matlab,the dynamics procedure of mechanism is compiled and calculated,the simulation curve of the main component is drawn,the simulation curves of no-load and load of two conditions are compared,and the force analysis of the pressure mechanism is carried out.
