摘要

用有限元法研究了一种新齿形齿轮—微线段齿轮的时变啮合刚度,通过与渐开线齿轮的仿真对比研究,确定出微线段齿轮的时变刚度特性优于相同条件渐开线齿轮。同时,找出了微线段齿轮特殊参数对其啮合刚度的影响规律。这些发现为微线段齿轮参数优化提供了依据,也为微线段齿轮动力学研究提供了一些条件。

Abstract

The finite element method is used to investigate the varying mesh stiffness of microsegment gear（MSG）,which is a new type of tooth profile gear.Comparative study by simulation shows that the varying mesh stiffness of MSG is superior to involute gear.Also,the influence law of MSG specific parameter on gear meshing stiffness is also unveiled.These findings could help support further parameter optimization and dynamics study of MSG.
