摘要

运用多体系统运动学理论及Denavit-Hartenberg齐次坐标变换,分析了面齿轮数控磨床几何误差和热误差。根据面齿轮啮合原理及磨削误差产生机理,建立了包含几何误差和热误差的面齿轮数控磨削加工机床综合误差数学模型。基于小误差假设,运用matlab软件,得到了磨床6个自由度的误差表达式。并对砂轮主轴运动所产生的6个误差与6个自由度之间的关系进行了分析和验证。对面齿轮加工精度的提高和机床误差建模提供了依据。

Abstract

By using the theory of multi-body system and Denavit-Hartenberg homogeneous coordinate transformation,the geometric error and thermal error of face gear NC grinding machine is analyzed.According to the principle of face gear meshing and production mechanism of the grinding error,the mathematic model of comprehensive error contains geometric error and thermal error of the face gear NC grinding machine tool is established.Based on the little error assumption and using Matlab software,the error expression which contains six degrees of freedom is got,additionally,the relationship between the six degrees of freedom and six errors which produced by the grinding wheel spindle movement is analyzed and validated.The basis for improve the machining accuracy of gear and error modeling is provided.
