摘要

针对高压输电线路的塔架故障检修问题,设计了仿尺蠖运动的高压塔架攀爬机器人,该机器人携带有多种检测传感器并且前后安装两个摄像头,以适应复杂的塔架结构,实现从任意角度的抓卡动作。使用SolidWorks进行建模,并且在SolidWorks中做攀爬机器人运动分析和仿真。由于攀爬抓取机构在机器人攀爬过程中起着重要作用,在ANSYS Workbench中对其关键部位做结构静力学分析。

Abstract

Focusing on the fault and the maintain of the tower structure in the high voltage transmission lines,the high voltage tower climbing robot is designed,the robot carries many sensors and two cameras in the front and the end,thus,the robot could achieve to grab different types of angle iron in multi-angle.The model is established by using Solidworks,and the kinematics analysis and simulation of the tower climbing robot is established in the Solidworks.Because of the climbing and grab structure of the robot is important,the statics analysis of the key position are carried out in the ANSYS Workbench.
