摘要

轴承的合理配置不仅影响着齿轮箱内部结构和箱体使用寿命,也决定着轴承本身的使用寿命。结合湘钢一高线12V齿轮箱轴承现场使用经常出现的问题进行分析,提出改进优化方案并实施,得到很好的效果。

Abstract

The rational allocation of gearbox bearing not only affects the internal structure and the service life,but also determines the service life of the bearing itself.Combining with the Xiangtan Iron and steel wire 12 Vgearbox bearing,the site analysis is performed,the improved optimization scheme and implement are proposed,agood effect is obtained.
