摘要

链传动是依靠链轮轮齿与链节的啮合来传递运动和动力的,是现代机械制造行业中最重要的传动方式之一,其中滚子链应用的最多。由于链传动是一种扰性运动,其装配关系和运动特征比较复杂。采用了Creo2.0软件以单排滚子链为例对单个链节进行建模、装配,通过引导曲线导入全部链节进行装配,并对其进行运动仿真,为现代机械设计中链传动的参数化建模及运动仿真提供参考。

Abstract

Chain drive relying on the sprocket teeth meshing with the chain link to transmit motion and power,it is one of the most important transmission mode in the modern machinery manufacturing industry,and the application of roller chain is most.As the chain drive is a disturbing movement,its assembly relationships and movement characteristic are complex.By using Creo 2.0software and taking single row roller chain as example,the a single chain link modeling,assembly are carried out.Through the guide curve,all the chain links are imported for assembly,and its motion simulation is carried out,a reference for the design of modern mechanical chain drive parametric modeling and motion simulation is provided.
