摘要

以空间啮合原理为基础,介绍了弧齿锥齿轮节锥面上齿线方程的推导过程,进而得到不同锥角锥面上的齿线方程表达式,结合球面渐开线方程式,利用Pro/E参数化建模软件,建立了某型车辆传动系统中一对弧齿锥齿轮的三维实体模型,并进行了装配、动态啮合过程中的干涉检验。通过对干涉区域的分析,提出了调整齿轮切向变位系数的方法,从而得到了理想的弧齿锥齿轮啮合副装配模型,为进一步的有限元分析提供了有利条件。

Abstract

According to the principle of space meshing,the equation derivation process of the tooth line on the cones of spiral bevel gear is introduced,and the tooth line equation of the expression with different cone angles is achieved.By using the Pro/E parametric modeling software,the 3Dsolid model models of a pair of spiral bevel gear in a certain type of vehicle transmission system is built,and the assembly,interfere check in the process of the dynamic mesh are carried out.Through the analysis of interference zone,the method of adjusting the gear tangential modification coefficient is proposed,and the assembly model of spiral bevel gear meshing pair is obtained,the advantageous condition for the finite element analysis of further is provided.
