摘要

针对Pascal蜗线型齿轮齿廓设计的问题,根据非圆齿轮啮合原理,利用折算齿形法设计了Pascal蜗线型非圆齿轮的齿廓,并用Pro/E完成了Pascal蜗线型非圆齿轮的三维模型。讨论了齿根过渡曲线的生成,研究了一对Pascal蜗线型齿轮啮合的传动比特性;根据折算齿形法生成的渐开线齿廓有助于进一步研究Pascal蜗线型齿轮的线切割加工。

Abstract

For the problem of generating Pascal curve gear tooth profile,the tooth profile of Pascal curve gear is designed via the conversion method of tooth profile and the non-cricular gear meshing principle,and its three dimensional modal is got by using Pro/E.The problem of dedendum transition curve generation is discussed and the transmission characteristic of a pair of Pascal curve gear are researched.It would be help to further study wire cutting of the Pascal gear on the basis of the involute profile which got by the conversion method of tooth profile.
